Frequently asked

Questions, answered plainly.

Credits, approval, supplier images and devices — the answers merchants ask for before installing.

What does the first free product include?

Installing InHub is free, and your first product is on us: up to 5 generated photos plus the complete listing — title, description, tags, SEO, and alt text. Approve it and it's yours.

Do I need a studio or special equipment?

No. An ordinary iPhone photo in ordinary light is the input. InHub creates the studio-quality shots from it. That is the product.

What photo styles can InHub make?

Five: clean catalog, studio hero, lifestyle, close-up detail, and worn or in hand. You choose 1 to 10 shots per product before anything is created.

Will anything publish without my approval?

Not unless you switch that on yourself. Every photo and every word lands in Review first: you approve, edit, or remake each listing before it reaches your store. Automatic publishing exists for high-volume stores, ships switched off, and only releases listings InHub scores as high-confidence — you can turn it off again at any time.

How do credits work?

One credit is one finished generated image. Listing copy, tags, SEO, and alt text are included at no extra credit. Unused reservations are returned, and remakes use credits only for images that actually arrive.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits don't roll over, because plans renew every 30 days through Shopify Billing. One-time credit packs are different: pack credits never expire.

Can InHub work with products already in my store?

Yes. Open any product from your catalog inside InHub and create new photography and ad creative from its existing photos.

Does InHub work for dropshipping and imported catalogs?

Yes, and it is one of the clearest cases for it. Products imported with DSers, AutoDS, or any other sourcing app arrive carrying the supplier's photos — the same photos every competing store is using. Open one of those products in InHub and it becomes the input for photography that only your store has.

Will my photos look like every other store selling the same product?

No. Every image is generated from your own product image, in the styles you pick, matched to the look of your storefront rather than dropped into one house template. Two stores selling the same item do not end up with the same picture.

Does InHub write the SEO fields on the listing?

Yes. Every listing InHub writes fills in the title, description, tags, SEO title and description, and image alt text, in the fields Shopify already has. There is no separate SEO step and no extra credit for it.

Is InHub only for big catalogs?

No. It is built for one person doing all of it — the photography, the writing, the ads. The smallest plan is $19.99 a month for twenty credits, and your first product is free.

Where do the finished images end up?

On the product in Shopify, the moment you approve them: they land in that product's media alongside your own photos, and you can download them from there like any other image in your library. You keep all rights to the photographs you upload; the Terms page sets out the rest.

Can I photograph many items at once?

Yes. Batch capture lets you photograph a shelf's worth of items in one session; each item then moves through creation and review on its own.

What devices are supported?

The InHub companion app runs on iPhone, paired with the InHub app in your Shopify admin. The pairing takes one QR scan.
