Account & billing
Subscriptions and credit packs are charged through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plan changes take effect from your Shopify admin.
Something looks wrong
Send the store domain and the product. Remakes use credits only for newly produced images — if a remake doesn’t come out, you aren’t charged for it.
